This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs the online information that Johnstun Law, LLC (“Johnstun Law” or “Firm”) gathers while you (“You” or “Your”) use any of our websites, including, but not limited to johnstunlaw.com, sequoialaw.law, and launch.law and content (collectively, the “Websites”), and the ways in which Johnstun Law uses this information. This Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to information you may provide or that Johnstun Law may collect offline or through other means. Your access or use of the Websites constitute your acceptance of this Privacy Policy, and as updated in the future, and Johnstun Law’s Terms of Use. Johnstun Law may at our discretion update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without further notice to You. This Privacy Policy and Your access to and use of the Websites is also governed by our Terms of Use.

Information we collect

There are two kinds of information that Johnstun Law can obtain about you: “Anonymous Information” and “Personally Identifiable Information.” “Anonymous Information” means any non-personally-identifiable data, such as your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address or domain, or information about your usage on Johnstun Law that is used for administrative purposes only. Johnstun Law may collect Your IP addresses for such purposes as to help diagnose problems with our servers and to report aggregate information to our advertisers, to corporate affiliates and consultants, and to third parties that perform particular services on our behalf. Johnstun Law may also use the information linked to IP addresses to ban users who violate our Terms of Use, or who we ban from use in our sole discretion.

Johnstun Law may use “cookies” – data that is transferred from Johnstun Law to your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Johnstun Law may use cookies to deliver content specific to Your interests, to save Your password so You do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the Websites, and to deliver offers or other messaging to You after You have visited our Websites through Facebook ads, YouTube ads, Google ads, and another other similar website or internet browser. Johnstun Law’s Websites contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by Johnstun Law. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such third-party websites. Inclusion of any linked website on the Websites does not imply or express an approval or endorsement of a linked website, or of any of the content, opinions, products or services provided on a linked website. Even if an affiliation exists between Johnstun Law and a third-party, Johnstun Law exercises no control over linked websites. Public forums

Johnstun Law may make course user information, forums, blogs, article commenting, and personal profile pages available to users. You acknowledge that any information that You provide in these areas may become accessible to the public, becomes the property of Johnstun Law in accordance with our Terms of Use, and that Johnstun Law may use such information in any way that it sees fit. Consequently, You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose Your personal information or to upload material of any kind.

Security

Johnstun Law has reasonable security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Security of information communicated by or to Johnstun Law over the Internet is of utmost concern to us; however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please note that Your email, like most, if not all, unencrypted internet communications, may potentially be accessed and viewed by other Internet users, without Your knowledge and permission, while in transit to us. Johnstun Law does not warrant the security of any information during transmission to us. After Johnstun Law receives Your transmission, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure the privacy and security of Your data on our internal systems. Depending on the nature of the information, Your communication may be discarded or archived by us after receipt.

Financial relationships

You acknowledge that Johnstun Law may have financial relationships with some of the third-parties mentioned on the Websites. In some instances, Johnstun Law may be compensated for generating sales if You choose to use the links located on the Websites.

Children’s privacy

Johnstun Law does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from those under the age of 18.

JOHNSTUN LAW IS NOT LIABLE FOR YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT FOUND ON OR THROUGH THE WEBSITES, AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT USE, DOWNLOAD, OR ACCESS ANY SUCH MATERIALS AT YOUR OWN RISK. JOHNSTUN LAW IS NOT LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATIONS THAT ARISE FROM YOUR POSTINGS OR FOR ANY OTHER ACTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY.

Consent and Modifications to this Privacy Policy

The Websites are controlled, operated and administered entirely within the United States. By using the Websites, You agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If You do not agree with this Privacy Policy, You must not disclose any Personally Identifiable Information to Johnstun Law and must immediately cease using the Websites. Johnstun Law may modify this privacy policy at any time and modifications are effective when they are posted.
