This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs the online information that Johnstun Law, LLC (“Johnstun Law” or “Firm”) gathers while you (“You” or “Your”) use any of our websites, including, but not limited to johnstunlaw.com, sequoialaw.law, and launch.law and content (collectively, the “Websites”), and the ways in which Johnstun Law uses this information. This Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to information you may provide or that Johnstun Law may collect offline or through other means. Your access or use of the Websites constitute your acceptance of this Privacy Policy, and as updated in the future, and Johnstun Law’s Terms of Use. Johnstun Law may at our discretion update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without further notice to You. This Privacy Policy and Your access to and use of the Websites is also governed by our Terms of Use.

Information we collect

There are two kinds of information that Johnstun Law can obtain about you: “Anonymous Information” and “Personally Identifiable Information.” “Anonymous Information” means any non-personally-identifiable data, such as your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address or domain, or information about your usage on Johnstun Law that is used for administrative purposes only. Johnstun Law may make course user information, forums, blogs, article commenting, and personal profile pages available to users. Children’s privacy

Johnstun Law does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from those under the age of 18.

JOHNSTUN LAW IS NOT LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATIONS THAT ARISE FROM YOUR POSTINGS OR FOR ANY OTHER ACTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY.

Consent and Modifications to this Privacy Policy

The Websites are controlled, operated and administered entirely within the United States. By using the Websites, You agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If You do not agree with this Privacy Policy, You must not disclose any Personally Identifiable Information to Johnstun Law and must immediately cease using the Websites.
